Senior Partner. Attorney at Law since 2000. He specializes in the areas of Banking Law, Corporate Law, Trust Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution (Conciliation and Arbitration), Wealth Protection, Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategic Planning, Public Contracting, especially in matters of integral corporate counseling.

Before joining the firm, he worked for more than 19 years in the private and public financial sector, holding important positions which have given him the necessary knowledge and experience to advise our clients in complex financial transactions and operations.

He studied at the Latin American University of Science and Technology and obtained a degree in Law and Political Science.

In 2000 he completed his studies in Law and Political Science at the Latin American University of Science and Technology.

In 2006 he completed a specialization in Project Finance at INCAE.

In 2007 he completed a specialization in International Arbitration (Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods) at INCAE – Harvard.

In 2008, he completed a specialization in Legal Issues of International Business at Georgetown University law center.

He actively advised in the drafting of the following laws and projects:

1. Reform to the Panamanian Banking System (2008).
2. Regulations to credit reference agencies.

New regulations for credit cards.

4. Amendments to the Organic Law that created the Savings Bank.
5. Negotiator in the Mi Bus Business Trust.

He is a member of various trade and social organizations, among which are

1. National Bar Association of the Republic of Panama.

Active member of the Club Activo 20-30 of the Republic of Panama.

3. Officer with the rank of Sub-Lieutenant of the Benemérito Cuerpo de Bomberos de la República de Panamá. (Volunteer Firefighter).
