He is a lawyer with experience in public and private sector. Specialized in criminal and transit procedures.

Mr. Fallas studied at the University of Costa Rica where he obtained his law degree with mention in tax law. Additionally, he has a specialization in notary and registry law at the Universidad Fidelitas.

He possesses amply experience in cases of personal defense, care for crime victims, transit processes, business consulting and training, preparation of appeals in crime matters, attention to complaints and complaints from the administrative headquarters. 

From 2019 to 2021, he was in charge of handling complaints in administrative headquarters in the Regulatory Authority of Public Services. In 2021, he joined Bufete Gatgens & Abogados, as the director lawyer of multiply crime and transit processes, in which he has brought advices and capacitations to companies in subjects related to crime, attention to victims of crime and penal defense. 

In September, 2023, he joined Signaturelex as Associate. 

Additionally, he participates in the program of “Legal Partner Training for the Promotion of New Masculinities and the Program of Environmental Health Promotion and Management.

He speaks Spanish and English (intermediate).
