Junior Associate. Attorney at Law, graduated from the Universidad Tecnológica de  Honduras, with experience in Corporate, Labor, and Notarial matters. 

She completed her undergraduate studies at the Universidad Tecnológica de  Honduras, obtaining a Bachelor of Law degree. Previously, she earned a bachelor’s  degree in science and Humanities from Macris School. 

Her professional development includes involvement with several public and judicial  institutions, such as the National Investment Council, the Property Institute, and  specialized courts. 

From early stages of her academic training, she has demonstrated leadership and a  strong vocation for service, participating in student boards, nonprofit organizations,  and international academic forums. 

She currently serves as a Junior Associate at Salgado Rivera, as part of her  professional practice at Salgado Rivera, she is involved in the drafting and review of  commercial contracts, corporate agreements, and franchise agreements. She also  supports the management of notarial, registry, and administrative matters related  to business operations. Her practice includes the handling of corporate disputes  and shareholder-related controversies, providing legal solutions aimed at ensuring  business continuity and strengthening corporate structures. 

She is fluent in Spanish and English and has basic knowledge of French.
