Senior Attorney with experience in corporate, labor, and notarial law, as well as in litigation and legal advisory services, with a particular emphasis on legal research and drafting applied to the management and resolution of corporate and business matters. 

She completed her undergraduate studies at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras, where she obtained her Law degree in 2022, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors. 

She began her professional practice at the Civil Court of First Instance of the Department of Francisco Morazán, where she gained experience in procedural analysis, case file review, and legal support in civil matters. 

She later served as a Paralegal at DENTONS Muñoz Zacapa from October 2022 to July 2024, participating in corporate and labor matters, as well as supporting litigation processes and contract

negotiations, further strengthening her experience in legal research and drafting. 

She currently serves as a Senior Attorney at Signaturelex Honduras, providing comprehensive legal advice to companies in the structuring and administration of their operations. Her practice includes the drafting and updating of internal regulations, management of corporate governance bodies, and coordination of corporate meetings. 

She is also involved in the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, strategic agreements, and franchise contracts, as well as in overseeing regulatory compliance and managing notarial, registry, and administrative procedures essential to business operations. She provides support in the handling of corporate disputes and related judicial and administrative proceedings. 

She has complemented her professional training with studies and certifications in Human Rights and Democracy, Tax Law, Invoicing Regimes, and Franchise Law.
