Senior Associate with experience in corporate, labor, and notarial law. Her practice focuses on providing comprehensive legal advice to companies, with emphasis on corporate governance, commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, and the resolution of corporate disputes.
She graduated from the National Autonomous University of Honduras with the honorary distinction of Magna Cum Laude. She is currently pursuing the Master’s Degree in Corporate Law and M&A at the International University of La Rioja (UNIR), with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, corporate governance, corporate restructurings, and company law.

She began her professional career at the Civil Trial Court of the Department of Francisco Morazán, where she was involved in the technical-legal analysis of civil case files, the review of claims and evidentiary matters, and the drafting of proposed judicial rulings. This stage allowed her to develop strong procedural skills and a deep understanding of legal reasoning from the perspective of the judiciary.

She subsequently served as an Associate at Dentons Honduras, where she advised national and international clients on corporate and labor matters, litigation proceedings, and contractual negotiations, consolidating her experience in applied legal research, drafting of contractual instruments, and transactional advisory under the standards of a global law firm.

She currently serves as Senior Associate at Signaturelex Honduras, where she provides comprehensive legal advice to companies on the structuring, administration, and development of their operations. Her practice includes the design and updating of internal policies; the management of corporate governance bodies and the coordination of shareholder and board meetings; the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, strategic alliances, and franchise contracts; oversight of regulatory compliance and the handling of notarial, registry, and administrative procedures; as well as the management of corporate disputes and related judicial or administrative proceedings tied to business operations.

She has further complemented her education with certifications in Human Rights and Democracy, Tax Legislation, Invoicing Regulations, and Franchising.
