is a lawyer and notary public, practicing since 2013 with experience in corporate law and energy areas, especially in the areas of contracts, companies, issuance and registration of commercial documents. She has extensive experience in negotiating, drafting and formalizing contracts, and in banking contracts. In addition, he has extensive experience in energy distribution and generation operations, competition aspects and advises on “Compliance” aspects, and business responsibility and ethics programs.

Kryssia within the firm specializes in operations and formalizations of corporate aspects and corporate governance, advice on competition matters, formalization of banking operations, commercial contracts, corporate law, processes of registration of documents in intellectual property, with knowledge in Energy and Telecommunications, in addition to the process of health records.  

She studied her undergraduate degree in San Salvador at the Universidad Dr. Jose Matias Delgado, and in 2010 she obtained the degree of Bachelor of Legal and Social Sciences. In 2014 she obtained her appointment as notary public.

Prior to joining Signature Regional Law Firm, she worked as an advisor at AES El Salvador, and among her responsibilities was the authorization and advice on contracts, monitoring the fulfillment of quality indicators of the contract formalization process, in the area of regulatory compliance and ethics. During this time, she participated in bid evaluation committees in bidding processes, verification of processes and ethics and compliance policies. He prepared energy distribution agreements, long-term electricity sales agreements, and other commercial agreements related to the operation of energy distribution. 


Within his experience, he worked in the Banking Division of the Guandique Segovia Quintanilla Law Firm, from 2008 to 2012, performing advisory activities to bank clients, for the contracting and formalization of bank loans, attention to operations in agencies for authorization of legal operations.

In 2004 she completed her postgraduate studies in “International Sales and Electronic Commerce” at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain.

Prior to joining Signature Regional Law Firm she worked as a partner of CDM Abogados Consultores in the areas of Banking and Corporate Law. 

She worked as head of contracting at Scotiabank El Salvador, S.A., from March 1993 to December 2003, performing within her main responsibilities the coordination of the formalization processes of the Bank, commercial contracts of different nature, monitoring and registry follow-up in the registration of guarantees.

She also carried out judicial proxy activities as a special administrative and judicial proxy to follow up in executive commercial trials for the recovery of obligations and banking operations.

She speaks and writes fluently French, Spanish and English.
