Honduran Attorney-at-Law and Notary Public, specialized in Labor and Employment Law, corporate structuring, and comprehensive corporate advisory services for companies and corporate groups, with extensive experience in regulatory compliance, labor audits, collective and individual negotiations, and strategic labor litigation.

He obtained his Law Degree from the Universidad Católica de Honduras (UNICAH) in 2010.

Between 2012 and 2013, he completed a Master’s Degree in Labor and Employment Legal Advisory at the Centro de Estudios Garrigues, strengthening his specialization in labor law and employment relations.

In 2013, he completed an academic internship at Harvard University, focusing on the analysis of post-employment non-compete agreements, gaining a comparative perspective on complex employment law matters.

Throughout his professional career, he has served as Associate at Bufete Rivera Gómez y Asociados (2011–2017), University Professor at Universidad Católica de Honduras (2016–2021), Founding Partner of Salgado Rivera (2017–2021), and Senior Counsel at Dentons Honduras (2021–2024).

He currently serves as Managing Partner of Salgado Rivera and, as of January 2026, as Managing Partner of Signature Lex (Honduras), leading the Labor and Employment, Corporate Structuring, and Strategic Corporate Advisory practices for domestic and international clients.

He holds Notary Exequatur No. 1999, granted by the Supreme Court of Justice of Honduras, and regularly performs notarial functions in corporate and contractual matters.

His practice includes corporate structuring and reorganizations, ongoing corporate advisory services, employment contract negotiation and drafting, labor litigation, compliance audits, internal policy design, and corporate training on labor and corporate regulations.
