Graduated as a lawyer in 2011, she specializes in the areas of tax law, corporate law, administrative law and compliance. She serves clients in a variety of industries where we can highlight Hydrocarbons, fuel distribution, retail, technology startups among others. 

She obtained her law degree from the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH) where she was awarded Cum Laude.

In 2015 she completed her postgraduate studies at the National University of Distance Education in Spain (UNED), obtaining the International Master’s Degree in Tax Administration and Public Finance, as well as the University Specialist Degree in Tax Administration and Public Finance. He also has a diploma in Tax Education.

 

He teaches at the Faculty of Legal Sciences at the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH), teaching the class of Special Administrative Law and participates in various trade and social organizations, and is currently an active member of the following: 

 

– The Honduran Bar Association.

– Faculty of Law at the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH).

– Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tegucigalpa.

– Network of Former Students of the International Master’s Degree in Tax Administration and Public Finance (RAAM).

 

It is in a process of constant updating especially in tax matters having recently participated in the programs of “Practical Aspects of Corporate Law and Fundamental Aspects of Taxation of Commercial Companies” given at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tegucigalpa, the Seminar of the “New Tax Code and Transfer Pricing”, Tax Update Courses given by the Secretariat of State in the Finance Offices and the international seminars: “International Seminar on Trends in the Tax Administrations. Adaptations to the new environment”. Madrid and the “1st Face-to-Face Seminar on Tax Policy and Tax Administration. Held in La Antigua Guatemala.
